2. Services Description

GlowShine Pro Auto Spa provides automotive detailing services, including but not limited to interior detailing, exterior detailing, and full detailing packages. The specific services and prices are as described on our website and may be subject to change without notice.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Booking: Service bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellation Policy: We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service price.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may be charged the full price of the service booked.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time the service is completed. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and select mobile payment platforms. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Vehicle Condition and Personal Items

You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before service. GlowShine Pro Auto Spa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during service.

You should inform our staff of any pre-existing damage, special conditions, or areas of concern before service begins.

6. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

GlowShine Pro Auto Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the GlowShine Pro Auto Spa website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GlowShine Pro Auto Spa and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.
